Seasons of the Moon

The Seasons of the Moon Novel was released in October 2004 as a 102 000 word book. The main setting was around the weather elements of Ice, Fire, Wind, Electric, Earth, and their leader the Thunder Dragon who had the powers of all them. The hero of the novel Alexander learns of the dangers of Draken a powerful and vengeful dragon, a unhappy wizard called Morcar of the Richardson Kingdom, and a Soul breaker called Gladus who were plotting to take over the weather and use it’s power to rule the lands of the world.

The idea behind the novel began back in 1999 with the short story “Seasons of the Sun”. Each element had a different personality and sometimes they would clash with each other but with the Thunder Dragon they normally fell into line quickly and for the sake of protecting their planet from harm’s way. There had also been a television script called “Seasons in the Wood” which is featured in the novel and a short story called “The Dark Season” which gives some idea into what future events lie for after the novel . Each of the three villians end up being frozen in time for over thousand years by a powerful spell leaving the door open for a further novel .

Seasons of the Moon was planned to be part of a trilogy however after 2005 the plans were scrapped due to the success of the Chisoutsa series and the lack of storyline for two more novels. However in recent times of 2011 there has been some thoughts about finally telling the ending to the story.
