LegoLand

LegoLand was a long running series that was written both by hand and in my mind between 1995 to 1999. Before that period I was writing using action figures and making stories from 1990 with Thomas the Tank Engine. However despite using the Lego figures as it was from yet another company the characters and story line was the first original piece I had ever created. LegoLand is credited as being the “The One that started it all” and involved some of the most creative storylines I have ever made.

The story is centered about the rebuilding of a group called The LegoMen and the return of a villain called Zare. A man simply named as Wizard goes on a journey to re-group further family members of those who had been killed Zare in the past great war. Bill, a doctor at the hospital and Ben who worked as a courier were the first to join the team. Slowly The LegoMen is reformed over time with characters such as Percy Cyber and IronHook joining up. Pirates, solidars, people who lived in outer space were part of this unique group who fought against Zare.   I myself was in the storyline when I was sent into their world by mistake and joined their team playing a important role in aiding the LegoMen in ridding of Zare. Led by King Lion who at first didn’t want to be the leader because of fear of failing. The success of the LegoMen was their vast experience in almost every area of their universe and their skills together could defeat anyone.

Zare was very hard person to battle based on his vast amounts of power and his cunning plans to undercut the LegoMen and his ability to launch attacks from many angles. In the Modern Great War with the Legomen at the end, Zare had nearly defeated the LegoMen by trapping them in my world Earth and possibly trying to rule both universes however the LegoMen had Wizard’s special powers who was finally able to defeat him in the end.

After the events the LegoMen retired from the roles and returned back to live their days out.
