Four years since Professor Jonathan Walken found the girl in the back alleys of the City of Demons , the very girl wishes to return to reclaim her past and to find out who she was and her role in the darkness city of the world. City of Demons is filled of mystery and wonder surrounded of businesses in the heart of the city and the outside section of poor buildings and crime gangs. The Government Square has become a powerless figure against the might of Centrax, Scienceworks and Demon Productions. One work at Scienceworks without the knowledge of it’s leader Mr. Umezu. The young worker Alan Richards is secretly giving weapons and new techologies to Chisoutsa to help her on her missions for a large cut price in his pocket.
Chisoutsa will meet interestings character and reveal the true colors of the worst city in the world. There’s Charles Thompson, the ex-government official who has seen the action and the problems of the city on the inside. The Washu Spring even provides the character Riyoko who haves some information and haves a interesting eye over Chisoutsa and others. The gangs known as the Tespators, Secret Jays and the Red Team are all dangerous and powerful in their land. Junji Toko is one of the leaders who believes in dealing in killing and putting fear into people to get what he wants.
The City of Demons is supposed to be operated by the 120 government officials and the Prime Leader of the Government Square. However the three powerhouse businesses rule the city with their iron fists. During the first volume of the Manga styled series, Chisoutsa discovers that her past is connected with the three businesses and goes around hunting for information while doing jobs for gangs and other important figures. She and Professor Walken meet powerful people in the City who can help or hinder their chances of being successful in their mighty quest to overcome the dark city.

Chisoutsa the series is “Dark, gritty, and real” and unlike most of my past work this could be set to be one of the best science fiction / action series for my time . Writers and artists need to understand the nature of the series. It’s not a bubblegum setting and so ins’t the background stories and characters. Some of them are quite dangerous and evil. I want to bring the rawness of characters out and create a successful manga series for late teenagers to adults. Possibly this might be the first manga / anime where adults would sit down to read or watch instead of saying it’s just a cartoon show.
