Many questions are always asked about Australia Day and it’s history. Is it a day when the country was overtaken by Captain Cook and his merry band from 1788 or is it seen as something else? There’s also the racist element in Australia Day, which is a big denial by man. My views are on this are that high. I’m not big on the idea of Australia Day, it’s mostly another day off for people to drink and get a day off from work.
